Directory Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Exatoshi AG (brand AIAgens) collects, processes and publishes professional data within the medical directory.
1. Who we are

2. Data sources
The professional data published in the directory originates exclusively from publicly accessible sources:
- •Swiss Medical Register (MedReg)
- •FMH - Swiss Medical Association
- •Cantonal medical associations
- •local.ch and public professional registries
The processed data consists of publicly available professional information, accessible to anyone in the original sources.
3. Legal basis
nFADP / nLPD: In Switzerland, processing is based on Art. 31 para. 2 lit. a of the new Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP): processing of personal data that has been made generally accessible.
GDPR / RGPD: For practitioners located in the EU, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). The legitimate interest consists in ensuring healthcare transparency and accessibility in the public interest.
In both cases, the published data is limited to professional information already made public by the data subject or by law. The processing serves a concrete public interest: enabling patients to find and contact healthcare professionals.
4. Published data (unclaimed profiles)
For unclaimed profiles, the directory publishes exclusively:
- •Full name
- •Professional title
- •Specialty
- •Practice or institution name
- •Professional address
- •Professional phone number
- •City
- •Languages spoken
- •Source attribution
Never published: photographs, private contact details, clinical data or health information.
5. Claimed profiles
When a practitioner claims their profile, they may voluntarily add:
- •Professional photograph
- •Practice and services description
- •Online booking
- •AI Reception (Medical AI Front Desk)
This enriched content is provided with the explicit consent of the practitioner (Art. 6(6) nFADP / Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
6. Your rights
As a practitioner listed in the directory, you have the right to request:
- •Correction of inaccurate data (Art. 32 nFADP / Art. 16 GDPR)
- •Deletion of or objection to processing (Art. 30 nFADP / Art. 17 and 21 GDPR)
You may exercise these rights:
- •Directly from your profile page in the directory
- •By contacting the DPO at dpo@aiagens.ch
- • Privacy request form
We respond to all requests within 30 days of receipt.
7. Data retention
Unclaimed profiles are periodically re-verified against source registries. Data is removed when:
- •The practitioner is no longer listed in the source registry
- •A valid deletion request is received
Claimed profiles are retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and removed upon the practitioner's request.
