Pilot conditions

By clicking "Apply for pilot" and submitting the form, the practice agrees that:

  • The pilot runs for 4 months on the chosen product (Medical AI Front Desk, with or without the Triage module).
  • During the pilot, the practice pays the pilot monthly fee and benefits from free setup and unlimited minutes.
  • After the pilot, the practice can: continue on the same product at the locked-in pilot price, with no new setup fee; or stop the service at the end of the pilot, with no further obligation.
  • The practice agrees to share aggregated, anonymised metrics (e.g. number of calls handled, % resolved without human hand-off, impact on no-shows) so both sides can evaluate the project.
