How do I connect Google Calendar with the Medical AI Front Desk?
The connection is made via OAuth 2.0 directly from the AIAgens dashboard. You click Connect, sign in with your Google account and grant permission. The entire process takes less than a minute.
Is the connection secure?
Yes. Authentication is handled exclusively via OAuth 2.0. AIAgens does not store Google passwords. The permission can be revoked at any time in your Google account settings.
Are multiple calendars supported?
Yes. Each doctor or therapist in your practice can use their own Google Calendar. The AI Front Desk automatically identifies which calendar to address.
What happens when the calendar is full?
