Connect Azure AD

Connect your Microsoft account via Azure AD directly from the AIAgens dashboard. Setup takes just a few clicks.

AI Reads the Calendar

On every call, the AI Front Desk automatically checks current availability in your Outlook calendar via Microsoft Graph API.

Appointment Is Booked

The patient selects a suitable slot. The AI Front Desk creates the entry directly in Outlook and Exchange.

All bookings and changes are instantly synced with Exchange and available on all devices.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is Azure AD required?
Yes. The integration uses Azure AD for authentication. A Microsoft 365 Business or Enterprise subscription with Azure AD is required.
Does it work with on-premise Exchange?
The integration requires Exchange Online (Microsoft 365). On-premise Exchange Server is not directly supported at this time but can be connected via a hybrid configuration.
Are shared calendars supported?
Yes. Shared calendars, room mailboxes and resource calendars are fully supported. The AI Front Desk can check availability across multiple calendars.
Is the integration HIPAA compliant?
The integration runs through the Microsoft Graph API with Azure AD authentication and EU hosting. Combined with AIAgens compliance standards (revFADP, GDPR, ISO 27001), it meets the requirements for use in medical practices.
