By accessing and using AIAgens ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2 Service Description

AIAgens provides an AI-powered voice assistant service for businesses to automate customer interactions, appointment bookings, and customer service operations.

3 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to harm, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

5 Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel anytime; service continues until end of billing period
• No refunds for partial months of service
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6 API and Integration

You are responsible for providing your own API keys. You agree to comply with third-party service providers' terms of service and usage policies. API costs are separate from our subscription fees.

7 Data and Privacy

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your customer data. We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement.

Data Processing: We act as a data processor for your customer data. You remain the data controller and are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your customers.

8 Intellectual Property

All Service content, features, and functionality are owned by AIAgens and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

9 Disclaimers and Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for AI-generated responses or third-party services.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIAgens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data may be deleted after 30 days of termination.

Data Export: You may export your data at any time before termination using our data export tools in your account settings.

12 Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Material changes will be effective 30 days after notification. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your account before they take effect.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
